1) Reservations
By making a reservation, full knowledge and unconditional acceptance of the accommodation policies, payment deductions and cancellation of the accommodation are declared.
Prices are in euro per room.
All published prices include VAT 13% and all legal taxes, except the accommodation tax which amounts to 0.50 euros per night and based on the law is priced separately, and can be changed without notice.
2) Deposit & payments
To fully confirm your reservation, you must prepay 30% of the total value of your stay with a minimum deposit amount, the cost of one (1) night.
Cash payments, bank transfers, visa credit cards, mastercard are accepted.
You must notify the accommodation upon arrival if you wish to issue an invoice for your stay.
The deposit must be made within two (2) working days from the day of contact of the interested party with the accommodation. Otherwise the pre-reservation will be canceled without further notice and the room will be released.
The accommodation reserves the right to approve the credit card at the time of receipt of an in-book reservation, and reserves the right to cancel a reservation if the credit card details are not valid.
A copy of the receipt of deposit (deposit) must be sent to the accommodation via e-mail immediately and however no later than 3 days before your arrival
For non-refundable reservations, the full amount of the reservation is charged at the same time as the reservation confirmation while modifications and cancellations are not allowed.
3) Reservations & cancellations
The management of the accommodation asks the customers to inform in time by written communication about any changes or cancellations that concern their reservation as soon as possible.
In case of cancellation, our policy is as follows:
In case of cancellation of the reservation more than 21 days before the scheduled arrival there is no financial charge and it means the return of any deposit by the accommodation.
For bookings can be canceled less than 21 days before the scheduled arrival, the customer is charged 30% of the total stay based on his booking and not less than the cost of one (1) night.
In cases of cancellation upon arrival, during the stay, or for non-appearance at the accommodation (non show) the customer is charged 100% of the stay based on his reservation.
In exceptional cases, the accommodation reserves the right to cancel the reservation without notice if necessary. In this case, the accommodation is obliged to return the full amount you have paid for your reservation and will make every effort to ensure that you are accommodated in another accommodation of at least the same category in the same city that offers similar amenities and facilities.
For non-refundable reservations, the full amount of the reservation is charged at the same time as the reservation confirmation while modifications and cancellations are not allowed.
The charge is made by bank deposit or by credit card at the time of booking. In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
The accommodation reserves the right to charge 100% of the reservation in case of non-appearance without prior notice.
4) Arrival / departure
Upon arrival at the hotel you must have your reservation code, identity card or passport and the card that has become the charge or pre-approval of the reservation.
Unless otherwise stated in your reservation, arrival time is set at 14:00 and departure time is set at 12:00.
We would like to inform you that the hotel do not have a Reception. The check in is done after contacting the visitor with the hotel in advance by phone (+302825031276 και +306944971011) or mail (info@sofia-kalyves.gr) regarding the expected arrival time .
The possibility of extending your departure time after 12:00 depends on the fullness of the hotel and is subject to additional financial charges as follows:
Check out by 20:00 is subject to 50% of the daily charge
Check out after 20:00 is subject to 100% of the daily charge
In any case, you must notify your application Reception of the hotel no later than your arrival.
Rooms corresponding to confirmed reservations for which a deposit has been made or prepaid or pre-approved credit card will be held until 20:00 on the day of arrival.
5) Child policy
Infants and children under 4 years stay free of charge, provided they are accommodated in their parents’ beds. Children’s crib is provided free of charge, depending on availability.
All children living in the hotel must be accompanied and under the constant supervision of an adult.
6) Smoking policy
Smoking is prohibited in all rooms.
7) Pets
Our accommodation accepts pets only after communication. Additional charges may apply. If you are traveling with pets, please inforrm us in time. If we think your pet is bothering other visitors we will ask you to leave.
8) Customer behavior
Customers are kindly requested not to disturb, to behave politely, as well as to respect other tenants and staff of the accommodation.
Also, all tenants must comply with the rules of the accommodation while the accommodation reserves the right to refuse access or to evict with any reservation any person whose behavior is considered critical. In this case the accommodation is not obliged to pay any compensation.
9) Damage room damage
In the event of damage to a room or other property due to fraudulent will or negligence, the property reserves the right to charge the amount of damage incurred including damage due to cessation of activities, to the credit / debit card of the registered customer. In cases where the customer has not paid by credit card or otherwise the accommodation will require the immediate payment of the amount of damage suffered by the customer otherwise all his legal rights are reserved.
10) Personal data
All personal data is stored and used by the accommodation in accordance with the privacy policy. The data of the users sent electronically to the website remain confidential and not communicated or disclosed to third parties. Users of the website are not required to provide personal data. 11) Higher violence
The property is not liable in any case if it fails to meet its obligations to the customer in whole or in part due to force majeure (indicatively strikes, fires, terrorist acts, floods, civil unrest or disasters).
12) Limitation of liability
Each customer is responsible for the entire length of their stay in the accommodation for safe storage of personal items or money. In any other case, the hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage. For other items that each customer brings to the hotel, the hotel is exempt from any liability if the damage or loss is due to the negligence of the customer or other persons who live with him or visit him. due to force majeure (earthquake, fire, etc.).
13) Accuracy of information
The customer acknowledges that the hotel has made every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information in its advertisements and website, and acknowledges that the images may differ slightly from reality and this is due to the technical processing of the images.
